Mindfulness Meditation Practice

This class is designed to help you develop mindfulness skills that will greatly support you in any therapy session and in all of your life. As you learn to pay attention and calm your mind you will connect with your inner knowing on a deeper level. Healing occurs when we slow down enough to sit with the emotions that arise in the body.

Lindy is also available as a guest speaker at co-ed, women's or men's groups.
